Perspective through a magnifying glass
Have you ever gone through a moment when you say the same thing to two different people but for some reason, they both take a different understanding or perspective of the matter? I find the perspective to be a fascinating paradigm.
A paradigm that I myself also go through in my daily conversation with individuals as well as the conversations that I have in my head. What is it about perspective anyway?
When you look at yourself and think that you are too fat, too tall, too skinny, bad hair, short fingers. The unique and particular attitude towards or way of regarding something; a point of view to one’s self. I realised that it is with a perspective that you can redefine the attitude that you have with anything. It is beyond a glass half full or half empty attitude.
It is the way that your mind is set.
At a younger age, you find most people are ambitious, go-getters and as time goes by their motivation shifts, especially in moments where they haven’t quite hit the goals. But then, you can say that it is perspective that highlights to them that they are failing or it is perspective that highlights to them that there is still more time to hit that target.
The mindset of belief.
My mindset and how I can position it to draw the things and outcomes I desire. A lot of the time when an outcome does not reflect the input and the effort, a lot of disheartenment occurs and the faith candle goes dim, at this point, it would be perfect to be aware of your perspective of the matter… What seemed to be a simple task becomes so massive, but then I ask myself why would I feel like I need to achieve this dream and then walk away from it?
There has to be a reason you are passionate about your dreams, your visions and in saying so that must become the mission, come rain or sunshine. Taking those disbelief goggles and set them aside. It’s an act of removing the negative and strapping on the frames of the magnified perspective of belief in your life, your dreams, your future, your passion.
The more I am digging into this concept of creating a new mindset, the more inspired I am to start shifting my life, myself, my visions and goals. Shifting my focus from the task I need to achieve to the outcome I want. There is so much to learn about mindset but with the few changes that I am going to make for the next two months, I hope to be writing the results of this shift. What is your perspective in life, how are you using it to create what you want? Appreciating who you are now Being confident in yourself.
