About Bayo Igoh
Having worked for many years in a leadership position within the public, private and voluntary sectors, Bayo has extensive experience working with local communities, residents, public and private sector bodies having worked on various housing initiatives involving both interim management and consulting assignments.
Bayo became fascinated by the methodology behind professional achievement – and how certain people would thrive where others didn’t.
Combining this passion and practical experience with his academic background, Bayo developed his own Business Coaching & Mentoring service. He focuses on helping people attain their professional goals through a carefully structured, two-way dialogue, which encourages self-awareness and self-empowerment—enabling people to uncover their own solutions to whatever obstacles are holding them back.
He holds several coaching, leadership, legal and business qualifications, LLM Corporate Commercial Law (London School of Economics), MA Housing Practice & Management (University of Westminster) and a BA Law & Economics degree from Middlesex University; and is an accredited coach with both the International Coaching Federation and Association of Coaching; Bayo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Institute of
Residential Property Managers.
Bayo enjoys the complexity and rewards of being involved with charities passionate about education and healthcare; supporting and developing organisations, entrepreneurial projects and programmes.
