About Divya Darling

Divya Darling is devoted to illuminating the wisdom within.

How do we bridge the gap between knowing something and truly being it? What makes a fulfilling life? How can we create contexts for ourselves to shine brighter?

These are the types of questions that Divya Darling loves exploring with groups of all sizes and demographics. Having researched the mysteries of the mind for over a decade, obtaining degrees in neuroscience, psychology, and cognitive sciences and being an avid yogi and philosopher, Divya now works as a Keynote Speaker and Brain Trainer hosting transformational retreats in luscious locations.

In 2013 she established the Intrinsic Brilliance Institute to help others enLIGHTen UP to what true alignment feels like for them (it’s different for everybody so cannot have a one size fits all approach). Integrating the wisdom from mind, body, and spirit, only you can chart the course of your highest expression.

Intrinsic Brilliance is a mindset mastery model whose core premise is that internal creates external. We know that when you change your way of being, you change your life. By changing your life, you change your community and ultimately change the world. Throughout the facilitation of our unique model we help you enLIGHTen UP. We offer you the tools to value yourself every day for all that you are, discover what’s most meaningful to you in this world, and achieve the results you’re aiming for. Through this process, we guarantee you will transform your way of being, enabling you to live a more fulfilling life than you had ever imagined.

The Intrinsic Brilliance methodology is an amalgamation of accelerated change techniques, energetic processes, and motivational strategies to empower you on your journey. Exercises borrow from a variety of methodologies, research, and schools of thought including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT), coaching psychology, provocative and narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Gestalt, yoga and Buddhist philosophy, the Spiral, and the Demartini Method.
