Our Founder/Director/Primary Facilitator, Jem Fuller, is passionate about transformation and sustainable change. Jem believes that with the right guidance and tools, we can increase our levels of self awareness and the ability to manage our own ‘state’, so as to be able to serve the ‘mission’ or ‘purpose’ more successfully.

We work with people who value growth and have the desire to evolve; to get better at being themselves. We work with Leaders who want to develop Leaders, and enhance their experience of life.

Our retreats and conscious learning programs take place in stunning and remote locations around the world and are open to individuals or tailored for groups.

Leaders In Life also employs local leaders in foreign cultures who embody our core values of Awareness, Service, Kindness, Integrity and Passion. We love fostering cross cultural communication and different people learning from each other.
